Η Οικουμενική Διακήρυξη για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα είναι ένα διεθνές έγγραφο που εγκρίθηκε από τη Γενική Συνέλευση των Ηνωμένων Εθνών το 1948. Περιλαμβάνει τα δικαιώματα και τις ελευθερίες των ανθρώπων και δεν είναι νομικά δεσμευτικό. Είναι ένα από τα τρία έγγραφα που περιλαμβάνονται στο Διεθνές Νομοσχέδιο για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα.
